About me

My name is Joanna Janas-Sajdak. I'm a wife of Simon and a mom of a wonderful teenager - Kuba whose birth was a starting point for my personal development. I've loved horses since I remember. I don't know where this love came from, but it brought me to where I am at the moment. Three years ago, thanks to my son, I started to make my greatest dream come true - I started learning to horse ride and the process of my personal growth speeded up. At certain moment I came across Horse-Assisted education programmes and I started experiencing magic:) Professionally, I am an English teacher. Some time ago I participated in an international Erasmus+ project which was a beginning of my interest in neurodidactics. Thanks to this experience I realised why my work wasn't effective and I introduced first changes. Thanks to the developmental programmes with horses I understood why teaching should be replaced with facilitating. I love spending time with my family and friends and I enjoy meeting new people, because I believe that we can learn from every person that we meet in our life.
